The Hussar Fights On

This is going to be my last personal project before school begins again, since I have actual business to take care of - AKA commissions. But I wanted to try out doing an action scene, since I've never done one before! It was going to be the hussar VS some woman, but it turns out nightmarish walking anglerfish are much easier to paint than another person! Who knew?

Here, I think we can see one of the things that gave the hussar her wounds. I hope she survives this one, but she looks pretty hurt. Fight on, wounded hussar! Fight on!
